Job Application Data

Information you manually enter or sync into the Application Tracker, including company names, roles, interview stages, and personal notes.

Usage Info

We collect technical analytics regarding how you interact with the platform to improve our Intelligence Algorithms and user experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Providing Services: To power the resume analysis, generate personalized career roadmaps, and maintain your application tracker.
  • Communication: To send important account updates, security alerts, and requested career insights via email.
  • Security: To protect against unauthorized access, verify identities, and prevent fraudulent activity on the platform.

We Do Not Sell Your Data. Your career intelligence is strictly yours.

We only share information in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service Providers: We use trusted third-party infrastructure (MongoDB, Azure, Google Cloud) strictly to operate our services. They are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
  • Legal Requirements: If required by law, subpoena, or to protect the vital interests of our users.

Data Retention: We retain your data as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, all associated data is permanently wiped from our primary systems within our 30-day deletion policy window.

Our service integrates with Google OAuth for seamless authentication. When you choose to link these services, their respective privacy policies also apply to the authentication process.

Aspirev is a professional career platform and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
