Aspirev is an AI-powered career intelligence platform designed to assist professionals in navigating their career paths. Services include:
Account Creation: When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
Termination: We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Submit false or misleading resume information.
Send spam or unsolicited messages.
Attempt unauthorized access to other user accounts or systems.
Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the platform.
Use automated bots, scrapers, or similar tools without permission.
Distribute malware or malicious code.
Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws.
Engage in harassment or abusive behavior towards others.
Our Content: The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Aspirev and its licensors.
Your Content: You retain any and all of your rights to any Content you submit, post or display on or through the Service and you are responsible for protecting those rights. By posting Content, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Service solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Data Accuracy: You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the career data and resumes you upload. We do not verify the authenticity of user-provided career histories.
Resume Processing: Our AI analyzes your uploaded documents to provide insights. You acknowledge that this processing occurs and agree to it by using features like resume analysis.
Free Tier: Aspirev offers a free tier allowing users to track up to 25 job applications and utilize basic career roadmap features.
Pro Subscription: Premium features are available through paid subscriptions. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Aspirev is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service. We do not guarantee job placement or career advancement.
In no event shall Aspirev, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses. Our maximum liability to you under all circumstances will be limited to the total amount you paid to us in the past 12 months.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect via email. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Colombo.
